Biocompatibility: Cyberware (+10)
Ollie is naturally tolerant towards the metabolic stresses induced by cybernetic modifications.

-10% Essence cost for Cyberware
Vindictive (-10)
Growing up on the streets, Ollie has become hard, and mean. He doesn't take no gruff from anyone, and will go out of his way to correct even the most minor of slights.

Composure(2) test to avoid paying back a slight or insult.
Restricted Gear (+10)
Ollie was provided with a pair of highly modified cybernetic arms by a generous Mafia Don after surviving a particularly violent encounter protecting the man.
Signature (-10)
As an ork with a pair of high-tech, matte black cybernetic arms, Ollie is pretty distinctive. With his fire-red cybereyes, he makes a distinctive impression.
+Street Cred to tests to locate Ollie (Data Search or Legwork)
Enemy: Headcases Street Gang (-10)
On the streets, Ollie was always known as the meanest, dirtiest, toughest scum there was. While it helped him survive, it earned him the rivalry of one particular troll gang boss, and his crew. They're always trying to get the edge on each other, and now Ollie considers it a personal matter.
Vendetta (-5)
Ollie's vindictive personality means his rivalry with the other gang boss - and his gang - has become personal: it won't end until one or the other is dead.

Composure(3) test to not confront his enemy.

Ollie, and his crew, call a particularly rough part of the underground their home.
Personality:
Three-Fisted Ollie, as he likes to call himself, is a tough, gruff, and mean-spirited product of the streets he's grown up on. He's seen friends killed over petty squabbles, from wasting diseases and famine, and stupidity. He sees how the better-half live, on the Trid and in the streets, and he realizes he ain't gonna go nowhere unless he takes what he can, when he can. Nobody's going to help him.
Ollie also has an overblown sense of self-pride, due in part to his adolescence and ork temperament, and also as a rage against the hardships and trials he's faced so far in his short life. He's learned some hard truths on the street, and taken them to heart: he won't abide the slightest insult to himself, or to one of his crew or friends. He sees 'turning the other cheek' as weakness, something that will allow others to walk all over you.
Background:
Oliver's mother was a whore, and he never met his father. Instead, his mother had a string of low-life, abusive boyfriends who treated Ollie like he was a slave, or worse. It wasn't long before Ollie left all that behind and took to the streets to fend for himself. By the age of 10, he was already in a gang running lookout or odd jobs. He learned the realities of life on the street, through turf wars, famine, disease outbreaks, and other hardships. His first gang was wholly annihilated, and Oliver was forced to find another crew. His next one didn't fare much better. Oliver survived longer than four gangs before he was 15.
Oliver joined up with his current crew through a distant third-cousin. Not long after joining, the crew was hired out as muscle, for a local mob don in need of some extra protection from a Yakuza hit. It was Ollie's first 'run', and seemed simple enough. The hit went down, Ollie ended up going toe-to-toe with a Yak razorguy. The man hacked away at Ollie, but the ork wouldn't move. Ollie bought the don enough time for the rest of the crew to take down the razorguy, though Ollie was grievously injured. The don was so impressed by Ollie's grit, and for saving his life, he paid for Ollie's hospitalization himself, even springing for a pair of top shelf cybernetic replacements.
Back on the street, Ollie was feeling like a king with his new super-arms. He quickly took over the gang, beating the old leader senseless and into submission. He also was looking to make things better for him and his gang, through force. In this, he ran afoul of another gang they'd always had tense relations with: the Headcases. The Headcases were run by an equally tough Troll named Breaker. Their first skirmish went badly for the Bloodtusks, and they were forced to withdraw. This only emboldened the Headcases, who started to harass the Bloodtusks whenever they could. The defeat, and harassment, enraged Ollie. The gang, after the defeat, realized Ollie wasn't the best leader, and chose another Ork, Frak-Man, to lead them. Ollie agreed, realizing he had no head, nor heart, for leading, but vowed to take down the Headcase's himself, with or without the gang.
Current Activities:
Ollie's still part of the gang, but more of a lone wolf now. He's looking to score another run as hired muscle to have the swag to take down Breaker and his crew once and for all.
